Kimberly Rutledge (she/her/hers) is a research assistant at Dr. Joti Samra, R.Psych. & Associates. She is currently working towards her double Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Biology at UBC Okanagan.
Kimberly was drawn to the field of psychology because of her passion for psychological health & wellness and promoting resiliency within communities. Through her education, Kimberly discovered her interest in research, specifically in the field of neuroscience. She plans to pursue her master’s degree in clinical neuroscience and use the knowledge she gains to transform the way we provide support in health care.
Kimberly is also passionate about creating opportunities for all children to succeed. She volunteers her time as a STEM educator for classrooms in BC. She is also a public speaker, and mental health advocate, through Jack.org and is working on a project to promote inclusive education.
Kimberly works closely with Dr. Samra and the Executive Administrative Team, by researching & developing an array of clinical resources, as well as working on various MyWorkplaceHealth corporate projects.
