The demands of modern-day life make it increasingly difficult to prioritize our psychological health – and advances in technology and the advent of remote work environments now increasingly making video-based communication an effective and efficient manner by which to obtain access to health services. The research evidence is clear: for the vast majority of clients, video-based counselling is as effective as in-office.

Our registered clinical counsellors have expertise in providing support using evidenced-based techniques to manage depression, dysthymia, and bipolar disorder.
